But if that leader is making decisions without their input and solely with his own benefit in mind, then that's not being a good leader at all.jyeh92https://www.blogger.com/profile/08041315106980644965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4901363836054939556.post-14002702934537404152009-04-04T21:07:00.000-05:002009-04-04T21:07:00.000-05:00But sometimes, the project leader must make a hard...But sometimes, the project leader must make a hard decision to do what is the best for the team, even if the other team members disagree or dislike it. And yes...they may be the strongest people I know, actually, to have come this far with that much emotional buildup. But that's why I need to be there. Part of growing up is understanding certain things come with obligations, and I won't be someone who denies their existence for the sake of my personal agenda. I mean, we all know that eventually living alone is a good thing. It's even highly likely that I'll end up buying a condo. And my parents aren't dependent people, they won't stop me.
But that's all the more reason I have to take that reponsibility seriously. I honestly don't know what that entails just yet. All I know is that to solely consider myself would just be bad decision making. It's like a project leader making a call without consulting his team members. He's leading, but other people are invested too.jyeh92https://www.blogger.com/profile/08041315106980644965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4901363836054939556.post-14265308880139351372009-04-04T00:53:00.000-05:002009-04-04T00:53:00.000-05:00True, and at the same time, it's always easier to ...True, and at the same time, it's always easier to be too careful with people who are kin. Your parents aren't weak people, they can survive without you being in the same house with them. But, like Stephanie says, there is not just one way to consider your parents. It would be terrible if you went out into the world and just stopped talking to them. It's not terrible to go out into the world, but still talk to them or visit them.Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13458362889073810384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4901363836054939556.post-79294438329229450232009-04-03T21:49:00.000-05:002009-04-03T21:49:00.000-05:00It's not one or the other.. everyone puts themselv...It's not one or the other.. everyone puts themselves first by default. But I think if some things are going to affect them in such a huge way, I don't ever want to just consider myself. But then, it's family...so it's a little bit different. It's always been easier to be more careless with people who aren't kin.jyeh92https://www.blogger.com/profile/08041315106980644965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4901363836054939556.post-19327717052068583502009-04-03T20:40:00.000-05:002009-04-03T20:40:00.000-05:00of course, there's not just one way to consider yo...of course, there's not just one way to consider your parents.e.https://www.blogger.com/profile/11392467842507462497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4901363836054939556.post-71742995776080891512009-04-03T12:38:00.000-05:002009-04-03T12:38:00.000-05:00Well, as long as you're actually learning from you...Well, as long as you're actually learning from your parents on how to live alone, I suppose that's okay.

As for considering others and not just yourself, will you ever be able to consider yourself?Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13458362889073810384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4901363836054939556.post-86867109837387563202009-04-02T21:14:00.000-05:002009-04-02T21:14:00.000-05:00It may be creepy, but I have more to consider than...It may be creepy, but I have more to consider than just myself.jyeh92https://www.blogger.com/profile/08041315106980644965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4901363836054939556.post-34860788521505858182009-04-02T20:13:00.000-05:002009-04-02T20:13:00.000-05:00Man...25 is way too late, that's like...getting in...Man...25 is way too late, that's like...getting into the creepy, I still live with my parents stage. I'd definitely like to move away as soon as I could, not because I don't love my parents, but because I feel like I need to learn how to be independent, and the sooner I do it, the better off I'll be. :-)Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09178562751156876564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4901363836054939556.post-33370073992776468412009-04-02T09:38:00.000-05:002009-04-02T09:38:00.000-05:00i would totally suggest it. kids that aren't stron...i would totally suggest it. kids that aren't strong enough to ride laundry machines are just not up to standards -- did i just say that? uh... no.

vindicated, i am selfish, i am wrong, i am right swear i knew it all along and i am flawed, but i'm cleaning up so well, i can see it in me now, what you swore you saw yourselfShamuMaru777https://www.blogger.com/profile/14720834451365943841noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4901363836054939556.post-36070413805863112552009-04-02T08:32:00.000-05:002009-04-02T08:32:00.000-05:00Children have died riding in laundry machines.
